Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email or call us at info@mrbloxtoys.com / 7045991991 with your order number and reason for return.
    Once your return is approved, you may proceed to ship the product to the address provided below.
  2. Ship the Item
    Please pack the item securely and send it within 3 days of approval.
  3. Inspection & Refund
    After we receive and inspect the returned item, a store credit will be issued.
  4. Unsolicited Returns
    Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important

A complete unboxing video is required for any dispute or damage claim. This helps protect both the buyer and the seller from fraudulent disputes.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit once the return has been approved and the package has been received the address.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Fastest method: Return the item first. Once approved, you may place a new order.

Refunds for Order Issues or Product Defects

If we are unable to fulfil your order, or if there is an error such as:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Then we will either:

  • Issue store credit, or
  • Provide a replacement, or

Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, please contact us before it has been shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancelled after dispatch, the customer must bear both shipping and return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once the product is received and verified.
